Commercial POS systems are overkill; cloud apps don’t work when the WiFi cuts out. vereinskasse is a tiny Progressive Web App you save to a tablet’s home screen and use offline.
Tap items into a cart, take cash, confirm. Items and prices live in a small library; the day’s menu is composed by picking from it. A separate Stock view tracks what was bought, what was sold, and what’s left at the end of the night.
Vanilla HTML/CSS/JS — no build step, no backend, no accounts. State lives in the browser. The interface is in German because that’s what it’s used in.
